Sugarcane Daddy cocktails are also offered in Nha Trang One, the longstanding Vietnamese restaurant connected to the shop.

In the small outpost on Baxter Street, Winsley, the sugarcane daddy himself, makes every drink fresh to order. He is a Chinatown local and previously worked in finance until diving into starting his own business. Winsley wanted to bring sugarcane juice to Chinatown, a drink he loves and cherishes. He personally sources the sugarcane stalks from farms in Florida and California and purchases most of the fresh fruits from local Chinatown grocers.
